Unofficial Cycle Routes - Hillfoot & Milngavie to Strathblane
This route starts on the East Dunbartonshire Council Bears Way cycle route then heads north from Milngavie, up through Mugdock Village and then down into Strathblane. To get to Milngavie from the south follow the unofficial cycle routes from the Renfrew Ferry or Anniesland. This route is hilly!

Go straight on at the A81 mini-roundabout for Blanefield or turn right as above along the A891 for the Strathkelvin Railway Path and unofficial cycle route to Lennoxtown, Kirkintilloch and Coatbridge. The ramp leading to the path is on the right a short distance after the main road junction.
