Unofficial Cycle Routes - Partick to Sighthill

This route starts from Partick Station, links the Sustrans Glasgow to Loch Lomond and Glasgow City Council Glasgow to Cumbernauld cycle routes together and provides a west to north by-pass of the city centre. It also links to the unofficial cycle routes to Bishopbriggs and Cumbernauld at Sighthill. The section along North Woodside Road forms part of a proper official cycle route; whether it will be extended along the rest of this route remains to be seen.

Sighthill is currently undergoing regeneration, and the site is thus closed to public access. Carry straight on along the path alongside the motorway to follow the Glasgow City Council Glasgow to Cumbernauld cycle route.
